With over two decades of dedicated service administering HUD programs with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), I have leveraged my extensive work history with my experience as a landlord to help other landlords, like yourself, navigate the Section 8 leasing process.

As a recipient of the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation and as a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, both issued by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), I am intimately familiar with the nuances and challenges of property management. Additionally, my certifications in Housing Choice Voucher Specialist (HCV) and Housing Quality Standards (HQS) both issued by Nan McKay, a national leader in affordable housing training, further cements my expertise in this field.
